Thanks for your report from NCA, Jon. And thanks for your work on behalf of
the NCA KBS group!

I can fill in a few pieces of information.

2. Planning for the 2024 triennial will be ratcheting up soon, with more
details to follow in early 2023.

2A and 4. KB Journal's next issue is in the last stages of production and
should be released in December. The strange phenomenon of redirects from
(some) Google searches is hard to replicate, and the cause is complicated.
I've spoken with KB Journal's server engineers about it, and we're working
on a long-term solution. Malware attacks on the server are so frequent and
voluminous that countermeasures cost so much time it's ridiculous. At the
moment, Google hits on KB Journal pages aren't leading to any false
redirects for me at the moment. If anyone does encounter such an error,
please email me with the info about the page you tried to access and the
URL where you ended up.

The best way to access the journal is directly: https://kbjournal.org. The
search bar on the upper right works well for finding content.

Cheers,
Dave
