[KB] Rhetoric of Hitler's Battle

Dear Burkelers:

Could someone give me some background on Burke's use of the image of a
"dehorned Siegfried" in the "Rhetoric of Hitler's Battle." Burke connects
it to the German masses waiting to be wooed, but I don't quite understand
the reference.
