we have a KBS members meeting tomorrow morning at the close of the 12th
Triennial Conference of the Kenneth Burke Society.

and be ready to nominate and approve officers.

If you're not sure if you're still a member, you can check your user
account at the KB Journal website. Sign in, and you'll see something like
this on your main profile page. If you don't see "kbs members" listed, your
membership may have expired.

If you forgot your login information, the site won't send you a password
reminder, so you could check here to see if your username is listed. If you
see it there, your membership is active. If you don't, you're not. (This
issue will be fixed once the journal migrates fully to its new site later
this summer.)

*Agenda*
1. KBS is seeking nominations, including self-nominations, for these
positions:

Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
International Liaison

Please be ready to nominate colleagues (with their permission) or yourself!
The commitment (time-wise) is not that much, but you'll be able to bring
your creativity and experience to keep KBS strong.

2. We will discuss adding some new roles, such as Membership Liaison.

3. We will vote on some new award categories, such as KBS Fellows, Best
Dissertation, and others.

4. We'll discuss future plans for *KB Journal, *including the immediate
need for assistant editors.
