[KB] Burke at NCA

Please reply to the when to meet if you are at all interested in discussing
the future of the KB division at NCA. If we dont get responses here and
attendance continues to be a problem at the conference, it is going to be
hard to justify more than a minimal presence to the conference organizers
(they have already cut our slots to 2).
