Greetings fellow Burkoids!

I am arranging a Burke Camp this summer and am writing to invite your participation.

Where: ONLINE
When: July 31-August 3 (M-Th)
What: Morning seminars to read Burke together, afternoon workshops to move projects forward
Who: You!
Cost: $20/participant

There are two ways you can participate. I have some of the seminar leaders, but am still looking for a couple. So if you would like to lead a seminar, please let me know ASAP (annielaurie.nichols at stvincent.edu). Seminars can be on a concept (scapegoating), a book (Counter-Statement), a time period (the 1950s), or a juxtaposition (Burke and AI). You will not need to prepare lectures, just be ready to guide folks in what to read and then facilitate discussion.

The second way is to attend yourself! Registration link coming as soon as seminars are finalized, but get excited -- and please send me info of others who may be interested -- particularly grad students and young career scholars. 🙂
