[KB] RIP Denis Donoghue

Dear Friends and Colleagues:

I'm sorry to report that KB's long-time friend and collaborator, Denis
Donoghue, passed away a couple of weeks ago at the age of 93. His obituary

I had the honor of introducing Donoghue at the KBS Triennial at Duquesne in
