Burkophiles,
As an aside, the recent Supreme Court decision on the "wedding cake" controversy seems to underscore, and acknowledge, Burke's "wish list" construction of constitutions in general, including that of the USA. Choices have to be made as to which article needs service in a given instance. Subterfuges like "original intent" don't cut it as mask for the politics that necessarily seep in as determining motive.
The main point: It's been about a year since our great 10th Triennial at East Stroudsburg. Any nibbles yet on a venue for the 11th?
